Disaster Recovery is the process, policies, and procedures related to preparing for the continuation of technology infrastructure that is critical to your organization after any type of disaster (natural or unnatural). The Aldridge Company will work with your business to plan for the resumption of applications, data, hardware, and all other IT infrastructure after a disaster strikes. This process will produce a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) that can be followed by your organization in the face of a disaster. The plan may include the introduction of a hot site, warm site, cold site, data backup solution, etc.

Network Design & Implementation

Design

The Aldridge Company provides consulting, design and planning services to help develop business networks. We integrate and support data, voice and video networks by implementing intelligent infrastructure and technologies. The Aldridge Company will use proven tools and methodologies for a functional, cost-effective design.

Implementation

The Aldridge Company provides implementation of network designs including on-site systems, structured cabling and hardware installation. We coordinate all activities of installation projects to ensure that all objectives are accomplished. Your assigned Project Manager will direct all aspects of the deployment process.

Monitoring

The Aldridge Company provides remote network monitoring services that keep you informed about your network's status, availability and performance. We know that when your entire network functions at top performance, it is more profitable. Our monitoring systems are able to notify you as well as a member of our Network Operations Team. Our team will reboot your server or contact your data center if necessary.

Data Backup

Data Backup is the process of creating copies of important data, and retaining those copies for a period of time. These backups of your data may be used to restore the original data after a loss or in the event of accidental deletion. The Aldridge Company offers multiple levels of Data Backup to clients in our Data Center including the following managed backup solutions:

• Enterprise Disk-to-Disk Backup to our Primary Houston Data Center
• Enterprise Disk-to-Disk Backup to Secondary Houston Data Center
• Enterprise Disk-to-Disk Backup to our Dallas Data Center

The Aldridge Company also provides remote backup services for servers or routers at your location. We can backup your on-site data to any one (or more) of our facilities.
