The Aldridge Company offers features to facilitate use of email. Its webmail facility allows you to access your email and keep track of it when you are away from your desk. Also, we have popmail, which is webmail with the old interface. So you can be more productive, The Aldridge Company's servers automatically scan your incoming email for viruses and eliminate viruses at the server level. Aldridge's service offers user-configurable controls not only for spam filtering but for setting up vacation messages as well.

Spam Control

While The Aldridge Company strives to remove as much spam from your inbox as possible, its configurable Spam Control offers additional filtering. You select, on a scale of 1 - 5, how aggressively you want the server to filter spam from your mail. You may choose a setting that marks an email as spam but still sends it to your inbox. Alternatively, you can have the server send suspected spam to a Quarantine folder, thus bypassing your inbox. Once you are comfortable with the service, you can easily forget spam and let Aldridge get rid of it for you.

Vacation Message

If you'll be away and want people to know that you won't be answering your email, Aldridge's simple message interface allows you to turn on an automatic response to your correspondents that delivers a message you specify. Turn it on or turn it off based on your schedule.
