Colocation

Colocation (also known as Collocation and Co-location) is a term that describes the placing equipment owned by a customer in an organization's own facility. ISPs offer co-location by providing space, power and a link to the Internet for their customers' servers. They do not perform maintenance or troubleshooting, only a repetitive test to make sure the servers are running.
