David L. Aldridge is the President of The Aldridge Company. Mr. Aldridge originally founded The Aldridge Company transitioning his entrepreneurial focus from asset management to technology. The first step in this evolution was the development and publication of over ten utility software programs selling to a national market of individuals as well as Fortune 100 companies.

David Aldridge is a graduate of The University of Texas holding a bachelor of business administration with specialization in finance and emphasis in computers. As a computer consultant and systems level programmer, Mr. Aldridge wrote and published the low-level software, Cache86, which quickly become a nationally distributed disk cache program. Additional software programs for off-the-shelf retail sales programmed by Mr. Aldridge include Tree86 - a file management software program, PreCursor , CD Cabin, and Cabin Pro - a multimedia suite of 14 different applications.

Prior to founding The Aldridge Company, Mr. Aldridge was President and Chief Operating Officer of The Hunt Aldridge Company, Inc. where he was involved in the acquisition and management of several million square feet of office and retail facilities and more than 10,000 apartments in Texas, California, Las Vegas, and North Carolina.

Mr. Aldridge has long had an interest in computer systems and was among the early members of HAL-PC, the Houston Area League of PC-Users. In 1983-84, Mr. Aldridge served on the Board of Houston Apartment Association and held the offices of Treasurer, Secretary and in 1984-85, Chairman of HAA’s Ad Hoc Computer Committee which studied the implications of computerization in the real estate industry.

Patrick R. Wiley is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Aldridge Company. Wiley is responsible for creative technology solutions design, building business and technical relationships with clients, prospects, partners and vendors, and integration of emerging technologies into Aldridge services to improve client efficiency. Wiley oversees the day-to-day activities of the Aldridge team of accomplished professionals and manages the design and implementation of the Data Center Services, IP networks, and the Company's overall technical infrastructure, as well as its operating and capital budgets. A key facet of Wiley’s tenure has been the development and implementation of an excellent customer service and technical response program at The Aldridge Company, based in large part on his past experience with The Walt Disney Company, a global leader in customer experience management. Patrick is a graduate of West Virginia University and has technical competence in a wide variety of computing platforms, including Systems, Networking, Business Applications, and Operations Software.

Valerie Burson is Vice President and General Counsel and is responsible for advising the Company's board and management on legal issues and corporate governance matters. Burson joined the Company in 1984 and has held various roles throughout the Company's evolution.

Prior to joining The Aldridge Company, Valerie was a sole legal practitioner, with a practice predominantly in the field of family law. She served in the Consumer Protection Division of the Texas Attorney General's Office and as Legislative Assistant to a State Representative during a session of the Texas Legislature. Valerie was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1979.

Valerie received an A.B. degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, She has studied law at Oxford University in England, and she received her law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston.
