INTRODUCTION With the initial settings as suggested in the Quick Start section above, all your email will continue to go to your inbox. However, when you review email in your inbox, some of the mail will have been tagged in the subject line as spam. This tagging makes it easier to sort your email and to determine if your filter level is too high or too low. If legitimate mail is spam tagged, you have two options. You can either change your filter level or use the Whitelist option. Click Modify Settings to save your changes and LOGOUT when you are finished. It may take several changes for your spam filters to work like you want. If the filter level is too aggressive, too many wanted email messages may be tagged. If it is not aggressive enough, you may not eliminate as many spam messages as you could. Continue trying it and adjusting the level until you are satisfied with the majority of what it catches. The final step is required to remove the spam messages from your inbox. Go back to the Options Screen and turn Quarantine on by setting it to "yes". This setting sends new spam to your Quarantined Spam Box. It will not display in your email program's inbox. Until you deem it no longer necessary, visit your Spam Box regularly because email older than a certain number of weeks will be automatically deleted. For more detailed instructions please see the descriptions below. Please contact The Aldridge Company if you have any problems or if you
need assistance.
